It covers your total active time — from signup through your onboarding interview combined. If the time you spend getting set up exceeds 30 minutes, your first full month is free. The guarantee doesn't include any delays from scheduling your onboarding call for a later date — only the actual minutes you spend in the process.

Can I use my existing business phone number?+

VoiceWerks provides you a dedicated local number in your area code. Most customers simply forward their existing business number to the VoiceWerks number — takes about 2 minutes in your carrier settings and your customers never notice the difference.

What if Riley can't handle a question?+

Riley handles the vast majority of common inquiries. For anything outside her training, she collects the caller's name, number, and question — then sends you an immediate email summary so you can call back fast. No caller ever gets left hanging.

Is there a contract? What happens if I cancel?+

No contracts — ever. Cancel anytime directly from your dashboard. Your service stays active through the end of your current billing period, and your dedicated phone number remains yours for the full life of your account.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VoiceWerks.ai ("Service") operated by BeehiveStack LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

VoiceWerks.ai provides AI-powered telephone answering and receptionist services for businesses. The Service includes a dedicated phone number, AI call handling, call summaries, and optional add-on features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use this Service. By using VoiceWerks.ai, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
A one-time setup fee is charged at sign-up and is non-refundable.
Monthly pricing will not be discounted. Setup fees may be waived at our discretion.
Overage charges apply for minutes exceeding your plan limit and are billed at your plan's overage rate.
We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before changing your monthly plan price.
Annual plan subscribers are locked at their rate for the plan year.

4. 30-Minute Onboarding Guarantee

If your total active setup and onboarding time exceeds 30 minutes, you will receive your first full month of service free. This guarantee covers time actively spent in the signup and onboarding process, not scheduling delays. To claim, contact support@voicewerks.ai within 7 days of completing onboarding.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

6. Phone Numbers

Your dedicated VoiceWerks phone number is assigned to your account for the life of your subscription. Numbers are not shared with other customers. Upon cancellation, numbers may be released after a 30-day hold period.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use VoiceWerks.ai to conduct illegal activity, transmit spam, harass callers, or violate any applicable law. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

8. SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from VoiceWerks.ai at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies based on call volume. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact support@voicewerks.ai.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, 100% call answer rates, or any specific business outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeehiveStack LLC's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

To provide and improve the VoiceWerks.ai service.
To send call summaries and account notifications.
To send SMS messages if you have opted in.
To process payments and prevent fraud.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS / Text Message Policy

We will only send SMS messages to users who have explicitly opted in. Messages may include: call summaries, account alerts, and service notifications. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Caller Privacy

Call transcripts and summaries are generated by AI and delivered only to the account owner. Caller phone numbers are stored in your account records. We do not sell or share caller information with any third party.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g., telephony, payment processing, email delivery).
Legal authorities when required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and call data for the life of your account plus 90 days after cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@voicewerks.ai.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your data.

8. Your Rights

VoiceWerks.ai is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
